Manufacturing of Seal Ring Guide Bearing

This project covered the reverse engineering and manufacturing of a new seal ring guide bearing generator. The work included design development, preparation of new approved drawings, raw material supply, manufacturing of the seal ring body and seal strip, installation of new seal strip, final machining, inspection, documentation, and delivery. The project was carried out to ensure the component met the required dimensional accuracy, inspection standards, and operational requirements.

Scope of Work:

• Perform reverse engineering design
• Perform manufacture new drawing and approved customer
• Perform supply raw material for sample and manufacture body and seal strip
• Perform manufacture seal ring body and accessories
• Perform install new seal strip
• Perform final machining as per target dimension
• Perform final inspection: NDT and dimensional inspection
• Provide final report and all requirements
• Delivery seal ring guide bearing generator
