Level I: Quality Manual
This level describe company vision-mission, policy, organization, scope & business process, and Quality and Health, Safety & Environment management system as general.
Level II: Manual Produce
This level describe interrelated responsibilities between departments/units and top management in execution of certain process in sequences of company business process.
Level III: Work Procedure, Standard and JSA (Job Safety Analysis)
This level describe interrelated responsibilities between departments/units and top management in execution of certain process in sequences of company business process. JSA is document content of potential hazard identification and preventive action from certain activities.
Level IV: Form
Form is document content off records process execution.
